Postage and packing
P&P for each order (per address) is £7.50.  This cost ensures each item has a suitable level of insurance and requires a signature on delivery. Each handbag is carefully wrapped to protect it in transit. Where we can we use recycled materials for packaging to minimise our environmental impact. Please contact us if your order is urgent.

Delivery method
Orders are sent with our courier and should take about 3-6 working days to reach you. Tracking numbers are available on request. If you require ‘next day’ delivery this may be possible, but you will need to order by phone on 07813 889431.  This is not possible on Saturday delivery.  Each order will require a signature, so we will inform you when your order has been dispatched. Please note, our courier will not leave the parcel without a signature, so please bear this in mind when submitting the delivery address.

Delivery times for items in stock
We aim to send orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time. You can call us on 07813 889431 to check the status of your order or send us an email at info@handmadebyellie.com.

Delivery times for bespoke orders
If you are ordering a bespoke handbag, then please contact us about lead times, as this will vary depending on the type of handbag and availability of fabric.

Overseas orders
For overseas orders, please email us (info@handmadebyellie.com) with the details of your order and we will send you a shipping quote for your purchase.

Items lost in transit
Orders sent via our courier are subject to their terms and conditions. For ‘next day’ delivery, and under other circumstances, we use Royal Mail and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.

Returns policy for items in stock
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please contact us either by phone (07813 889431) or email (info@handmadebyellie.com). If your item needs to be returned, please return it to us within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us, please retain proof of posting. Please pack items suitably to prevent damage in transit. Please include your name, address, order number and reason for return with your item.

Returns policy for bespoke orders
Due to the nature of bespoke orders, we regret we cannot accept returns unless there are exceptional circumstances.  If you would like to contact us about returning a bespoke order, please phone (07813 889431) or email (info@handmadebyellie.com).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We have taken great care compiling the content of this site, however we cannot accept liability for any inaccuracy, error or omission.
